Park Cottage Standard Features

All Park Cottage Park Model RVs are under 400 square feet and come park, hook up, and play – ready to live in! Park Cottages are built strong, heavy, and with high-quality materials. Each comes with a long list of standard features and construction specifications that far surpass the typical Park Model RV home. Additionally, each Park Cottage model comes with optional luxury features that can be found on that particular home’s floorplan page.

We offer floorplans in two sizes: our 12-foot-wide models are longer and offer more spacious living areas, while our 15-foot-wide models provide larger bedrooms. Here’s a look at the standard features you can find in every Park Cottage Park Model RV.
